Write the definition of OER in your own words, one strength, and one weakness as you see it.

Open educational resources are materials that can be used in the classroom and modified without restriction, so long as the original source is attributed. One strength of OER is that they are free for students and educators, promoting access to all. One weakness of OER is that some may perceive OER materials as  inferior to traditional textbooks.
