Appendix A: Faculty OER Survey Example

The following survey instrument was designed at Fredonia to gather insights into faculty engagement with OER. It focuses on teaching practices, perceived benefits and challenges, and the support needed for sustained adoption. This tool can also be adapted by other institutions seeking to assess faculty perceptions and experiences with OER, identify barriers, and inform strategies for promoting broader participation in open education initiatives.
